You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes, including government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

9.1 Scope. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tekan88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
9.2 Maximum Liability. tekan88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, access to the account and platform will be revoked. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and any applicable deductions for unpaid obligations.
